Dow Slips Into Freefall All of Wall Street’s major indices lurched lower at the opening bell, as intensifying trade war fears thundered across the global market. As of 9:31 am ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average had plummeted 170.26 points or 0.67%, thrusting the DJIA down to 25,177.51.
